Referral Program Terms
By taking part in the Tu Asesor Mendoza Referral Program (Omar Mendoza, NPN: 21726482), the participant agrees to the following terms:
Eligibility
- Only current clients with an active insurance policy managed by Omar Mendoza may take part.
- The referral must not have had prior contact with Omar Mendoza as a prospect or client.
- The referral must be a different person from the client making the referral.
Bonus conditions
- The bonus of $50 per referral applies only when the referral takes out and activates an insurance policy through Omar Mendoza.
- Payment will be made within 30 calendar days following the activation date of the referral's policy.
- No payment will be made until the referral's policy is fully active and in force.
- If the referral's policy is cancelled before payment, the bonus is void.
- The bonus is per eligible referral, with no limit on referrals per client.
Payment method
- Payment will be made exclusively via Zelle, coordinated directly with Omar Mendoza.
- Omar Mendoza reserves the right to verify the referral's eligibility before processing payment.
Limitations
- Omar Mendoza reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time.
- This program does not constitute an employment contract or a formal business relationship.
